What’s the best way to get some relief?

I stopped smoking cigarettes more than two months and have had nothing but problems since. (I even considered smoking Ha-ha) The last was a congestion and dry cough very hard. I think I cough too hard, which made me vomit blood. It was bright red, which I suppose means it has not been sitting in my estomac.Je went to the emergency, and after five hours I was sent home. Without drugs, without doing so. They said I was fine. I had an abortion two weeks ago only to medicine Mifeprex and I forgot the name of the second set of pills. Please do not judge me. I’m looking for open-minded people to give me some answers. I am still bleeding vaginally, so they could not verify if there were traces of blood in my urine or merde.Je’m worried because I am now having a serious illness in my stomach and my back. I understand this may be the toux.Je am under great pressure and do not handle the stress. And being sick is not much help. I went to the doctor on several occasions. They prescribe me some medication, I feel good for a while and then I’m back to malade.Serait this a problem? Or is it simply because my body has been through a lot in a short period of time? I do not want to drown my body in the form of pills, not plus.Y there any home remedies or something that does not involve yet another prescription for me back in the path of health? Thanks.

  1. Wow, you have been through a lot. Are you allowed to take a bath? If so, do that. Try to relax. All of the stress you have can’t be helping your situation.

Mediate, pray, read a book. Take some time to yourself and just chill. Try to do this at least once a day for awhile. Drink some echinacea tea to help boost your immune system, and take a zinc supplement for the same reason. Don’t forget to get a good night’s sleep (8 hours or more) and watch a comedy or hang out with someone who makes you laugh.

  2. Dear young lady: Go back to your health care provider as soon as possible, when you stop bleeding for a complete check-up and different drugs for pain. And good luck in the future.

  3. You have to be low in iron after losing all that blood. When I was throwing up blood with a stomach ulcer, my doctor put me on 325mg of iron 2 times/day. The iron is very cheap and can be purchased at most stores. The ferrous sulfate made me sick at my stomach, so I took ferrous gluconate and it worked. I immediately felt better after a few days and will continue taking it. I had my hemoglobin checked and it was 8.5 while a male should be at least 14 and a female at least 12.
