I know that an ex-spouse is entitled to part of her husbands social security benefits upon retirement. What I need to know is does the 10 years count from the date of filing, or the date of the final divorce decree?

I’ve always been curious about the details of the proceedings in my parent’s divorce. What is the easiest way for someone to a) locate and b) get their hands on an old case file like this?I’ve looked online at the public records and they don’t go back to 1975. Any other way to search?ps- not asking if you think i should do this; asking HOW.

My BMI shows that I am still at the risk of being overweight, or that this is the time to start improving, but i dont just wanna hear excersize or cut down on food or eat healthy. I need a good plan that will guarantee me loosing some weight please. i have until july to loose weight. i really want results. please help.
