OK I?m rewriting this since one person answered and didn?t read ANYTHING! Now obviously this is a question about the relation to Vitamin D deficiency and how medications are absorbed/work on your body! I do not want you talking about just vitamin D, or how I can eat right and be healthy! I DO THAT! So be sure to do this: READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU ANSWER! I know it?s long but I prefer a correct answer vs some random comment or unhelpful information caused by ignorance or stupidity! And I can see more of what I typed, so I can remember what I talked about, and organize things better (Using Microsoft word to type everything/reorganize it!) I recently got my blood tested and found my vitamin D was extremely low. I also have a problem with medications. . . I usually have to take double the dose, or higher, or they just don’t have any effect on me. Could this be due to the vitamin D deficiency? Or could it just be the vitamin D deficiency helped make these problems worse? Or just coincidence? Now I listed Adderall as an example, and I have heard some of the kids/people with ADHD might have a Vitamin D deficiency. That’s not the case for me, however. . . long story on that! But my point is Adderall is just one of the MANY medications that I have tried and they don’t work and they don?t last long! I’ll list the other medications at the bottom. Most medications only last HALF as long as they should. If it’s supposed to last 8 hours, more like 4-6. 12 hours, more like 6-8 at best! I’m mostly asking all this to run things through my head. From what I can tell so far, seems Vitamin D deficiency has only made things worse (ADHD, absorption of medications, and my fibromyalgia). But I like to double check things lol. So yea, medications last half as long, aren’t as strong for me as normal people, I have insanely high stamina/metabolism (I weigh about 125 lbs, eat anything I want and never gain nor loose a pound, and I rarely have a lack of energy. . just last week when I felt fatigued/lack of energy and went to the dr. . . Might have had some sort of bug!). Before I continue, the last time I posted this question some idiot, named Xeno, said that I should quit smoking of any kind. . . I would like to state that I smoke weed BECAUSE if I did not, I WOULD COMMIT SUICIDE FROM THE SEVERE PAIN! It?s the only pain relief I can get (I?ve tried many many many many many many many many many MANY different things! Can I stress many?) So for you to say ?STOP SMOKING!? is like saying ?Just tough it out, be miserable and in agony, and go ahead and kill yourself. It?s better than smoking!? Seriously, death is better than smoking? Because I?m not talking about OUCH I ACHE! Kind of pain, but ?OMFG JUST KILL ME ALREADY! OR CUT OFF MY LEG IT HURTS SO BADLY!? Did I stress that enough now? But yea that statement, and smoking weed really has nothing to do with my question! MOVE ON! And answer my question! Fucking annoying!For example: Adderall XR. 10 mg does nothing; 20 mg does barely anything; 30 doesn’t do anything different than 20; 40 works perfect! I can actually focus most of the time, my brain feels less tired and foggy, I’m organized for once in my life (clean room), I’m able to study/actually do well on tests even when I know the material, and etc. . . Flexerile (5 and 10 mg), Naproxin (500mg), Celexa (20 mg), Prozac (20 mg), Zantac, Advil, Alcohol (I can drink twice as much as someone twice my size. . . and I don’t drink!), weed (I recently started smoking for the pain and from what I can tell, it takes a lot to get me high. . . it’s just like having ADHD! Getting high isn’t all that great lol), and etc. I’ve been on numerous medications in the past few years from many many things as you can tell lol. The anti depressants made me HAPPY for a week then stopped working. Doctors keep telling me things like “Keep taking it, it just hasn’t gotten into your system” NOPE! I followed their advice and we months later. . . still depressed. Got off the anti depressants and I cheered myself up. . . I rarely stay depressed for too long. . . PS: Things to remember:1. I smoke for pain relief! Not to get high! 2. I do not drink! However, when I do, I can out drink just about anyone! 3. I am no longer depressed! I was put on antidepressants because I used to be depressed! Long story short, I couldn?t work due to my disability and the pain was getting to me. Felt like my life was on pause and I was useless. I?ll give you a hint: I?m back in college now!4. I don?t want comments, unless you include an answer in there. Do not tell me to quit drinking and/or smoking! I stated why, and you will be reported!5. I cannot exercise. Exercise makes the pain worse. It?s the main reason why I was suicidal! The hospital I was going to sent me to Physical therapy without treating my pain AT ALL! I almost killed myself because of it! Again, Xeno the idiot, why not just bluntly say you Yea, I have a bad habit of mocking/teasing/picking on idiots? They are one of my pet peeves after all? I have little tolerance for stupidity lol.

          In the morning I have a bowl of cereal with milk, at lunch I usually have pizza(grains and calcium) or pasta and a box of juice. After school I go home and eat some toast with peanut butter, a cheese string, a cup of yogurt, with either juice of milk. Then at dinner I usually have some sort of meat with a vegetable. And after dinner I usually eat an orange or an apple. I’m choosing to eat these vitamins because I recently lost 5 pounds due to a really bad virus in my body. Should I eat it or will i consume too much of a vitamin or minerals?I’m just scared I’m not getting a certain amount of the right vitamins or minerals, but I think I’m pretty much setI forgot to mention, Vitamin and Minerals, like Iron, Folate, etcI am taking Centrum regular, Essential Vitamin and Mineral support, and it already has 10 mg of iron, which I heard male teenagers are supposed to have 11mg. I’m pretty sure what I eat during the day brings me over the limit :S
