I’m almost 100 lbs over weight and I need specific and effective tips and facts on steady weight loss. I know the basics of eating healthy and drinking water and of course exercise but I want to hear from people that have actually seen results from what they’ve done and have examples of meal and work out plans. Do not tell me about weights and equipment all I have is myself and stairs. . Pleasee I know there is someone out there that knows what their talking about. . . No fakes pls!

Is this considered multiple orgasms for a guy?
Author: victerI’ve noticed here lately that my boyfriend can, in about the span of one hour, orgasm at least three times, and the amount that comes out does not lessen, if anything there is more, but the viscosity changes. I know multiples are rare for a guy, so is this considered multiples or not?
