I know that an ex-spouse is entitled to part of her husbands social security benefits upon retirement. What I need to know is does the 10 years count from the date of filing, or the date of the final divorce decree?

overcome it?I’m an 18 y/o female and I’ve been social phobic for almost my whole life, but of course it started surfacing more as I got older, maybe around 9th grade and continued to get worse, although I did not lessen my exposure to people/public speaking. I guess I’m just looking into what treatment is best. I tried SSRI’s (prozac and then I tried celexa, but somewhat low doses) and they provided very minimal relief. I’m currently on nothing now. I was getting therapy for general anxiety/stress but haven’t for blushing/social phobia specifically. Should I try that before I try another medication? Any natural remedies?Any help/inspirational stories would be great. . . . SAD is ruining my life and stopping me from doing things I want to do :[

Some of you might not agree with me, but I personally think that it?s not right for ?To Write Love On Her Arms? to have over 65,000 more supporters than ?Stand Up 2 Cancer. ?Those who are suffering with cancer are people who actually want to live. Their biggest fear is of dying; especially to a horrible disease like cancer. There should be more supporters in a cancer cause, because we should help out those who want to continue living first! That should be the first priority! To be frank, I think it?s kind of selfish in a way. There are people who want to live long, happy lives, so why not help them out first, and then go on to helping others?Feel free to express your opinions. tay lew – Animals are important too, but come on now. Not as important as humans. Megan – What are you talking about? All people who have cancer haven’t put themselves “in that position. “daniyelleee; [I ? herpes & rice] – The thing is, is that on Social Vibe, you can only support one cause. All the activities you do only help out that one cause that you’re supporting. What I’m saying is that there should be more people in Social Vibe supporting a cancer cure cause!<3michael jackson<3 - Yeah, but I'm not saying animals aren't worth it. They are, but how could you ever compare a human to an animal? The needs of humans are far more important. And you know those "Save the animals" commercials that come on every once in a while, asking you to donate and stuff? Why do you never see "Cure cancer" commercials? I'm trying to be as specific as I can, but you get the point. ~*Kurb*~(don't call my name) - I agree with what you're saying, and I totally understand. But you can prevent those suicidal thoughts - anyone can "cure" themselves from that state of mind. Of course it'll take time, but it's not impossible. As you said, the chance of survival for those with cancer is small. It would be heartbreaking to see a loved one try to fight off a deadly disease like this, and in the end, lose anyways. At least there's all the hope in the world for someone who has suicidal thoughts to somehow win the "fight" in the end. toughguy2 - Glad you won the fight :) And I'm sorry your friend had to suffer like that. Having dealt with this disease yourself, you completely understand how important it is to find a cure. With more supporters, finding a cure would be much easier in time. For anyone interested, here is the Stand Up 2 Cancer Social Vibe homepage: socialvibe. com/StandUp2CancerAnd if you want to see my Social Vibe account, here it is: socialvibe. com/HeabaOops. The Stand Up 2 Cancer page I posted above is wrong! It's actually http://www. socialvibe. com/StandUp2Cancer#/causes/11 :) Sorry.

So, I am in a position where I have tried smoking, in comfortable surroundings with people I trust. I have family who smoke, so my lungs seemed to be more used to the smoke than my friends expected, (i. e. mild coughing but no fits etc. ). I had one, liked it. The evening went on and I drank a little. Had another cigarette loved it. I love the nicotine rush. so, what I want to do is:carry on smoking, but, only on friday/saturday/sunday. only after 6pm. only 3 per day on those days. maximum. do you think i’ll get addicted, because if so i’ll stop?I don’t want to know about the effects on my health. I don’t care. If that bothers you, then you need to readdress your priorities. I just don’t want a dependency. so what do you think?I didn’t make it clear, but I’m smoking for the rush. the adrenaline, followed by total relaxation. Addiction kills that rush, diminishes it. So if i keep it to a minimum and don’t get addicted will it stay?also, no i don’t particularly care about getting lung cancer. i’m not that bothered about getting olld anyway. i’m just not comfortable with having a dependence is all.
