I’m 4’8″ and I find it hard to stick to a diet because I’ll lose a couple pounds then hit a never ending plateau. I believe it’s because of my height. If I’m as tall as a 9 year old, shouldn’t I need to consume what a 9 year old would to maintain my weight. Are there any diet and fitness plans designed for the smaller body frame?When I say “eat what a 9 year old eats” what I’m referring to is volume. I have an 8 year old daughter and a 9 year old niece niether of which consume large amounts of junk food in fact, they eat like birds. The ideal weight for someone my height is 76-88 pounds. To maintain a weight of 88 pounds I would need to consume a lot less calories and increase my activity. What I’m saying is a person of average height can eat more and excercise less because they have to maintain a weight of maybe 135. I have no problem maintaining that weight. I think only the shorter than average will understand that it takes more work for shorter people who have an average appetite. Oh and by the way I am breastfeeding right now also so that in combination with my diet and exercise plan should assist in my weight loss but it hasn’t helped.
I bought green tea bags that are caffeine free so I could drink it before I went to sleep. I was wondering if taking the caffeine out of the tea took out any of the essential antioxidants that cause the prevention of cancer etc.
