day 49 of quitting


its now day 49, as it was much easier than I expexted. . as long as you do put a cig in your mouth and light you’re not a smoker. . Heres a clip with me to exercise much more fun to do now. and my friends still can not believe I really quit. SOMER as while some make jokes (those who continue to smoke), but its ok, after all, I’m not the cup, but they are still :-)
