Gonna try to quit smokin’ again after 5 months or so of smoking. I need some encouragement from my subs and anybody else that my happen to watch this. I can do it guys but like as I stated in the vid its gonna be an uphill battle so yall get behind me and I will do it! Ill try to give yall updates as I go along

Yesterday, I don’t know WHY, I started chewing on a tube of flavored lip gloss, to the point of the product leaking out. I’ve had it in my mouth since then, but I have no desire for a cigarette. Is it just normal to chew on something or is there some addictive property of the lip gloss itself?

I had an addiction to smoking. My therapist said that a beautiful woman like me should not be smoking under any circumstance. then i quit and now im getting more sleep then ever why?

Experiencing my first was something I always wanted to experience with my husband, but I was stupid like 3 years ago and just did it to myself if you get what I’m saying, and now I always get random urges to ‘touch myself’ and can’t seem to get it off my mind until I give in. I don’t know why I do it because every single time I feel horribly dirty and guilty afterwards. How do you overcome this habit?I don’t have a husband guys lol. I meant like future husband.
