    Okay, I do have the ambition and will power to lose weight. As a matter of fact i’m willing to try any good plan. . . the problem is that I have no idea how to eat It’s soooo difficult especially since everyone on here says something different. In one question i’ll see “eat a lean cuisine as a meal, they’re great to lose weight and low calorie”. And then i’ll look at another and it’ll say “Lean Cuisines meals are soooo bad for you!” The total opposite. It seems like nobody esle really knows how to lose weight either. . . which is why I just want to ask a fitness trainer or someone else who honestly thinks they could help. I also don’t know how frequently to eat (like every 2 hours, i don’t know?) If someone could just kinda sketch out a meal schedule I WOULD be willing to follow it and i’d be very appreciative. thanks a lot. a few of the many things i have to get an idea. . . egg whitesbig variety of fruits & veggieswhole wheatveggie burgerweight watchers cerealstring cheese

      Im 5ft9 207 pounds I consume alot and I work out alot. As a result Im built like a brick house. From a side veiw I look pretty good but from the front or back Im wide. How many calories should I be consuming at that height per day to lose weight as I would like narrow that veiw. Im a woman and big busted. I really dont appear to be very fat just wide. Any exercise tips?
