Okay so I am just starting to realize I need to exercise more even though I’m already 14 I know late but Im doing it now so I need all the help I can get. I really want to work on my abs. Can anyone tell me all the things I need to do? Anything helps!
So I joined a new website that helps me track calories and I’ve been drinking 64oz or more of water a day. Besides working out, cause I’m going to start that soon, is there anything else I can do to help me eat right and stay motivated, and are there any good low calorie or low fat snacks I can take to work with me so I don’t munch on office garbage. People are always bringing in sweets and candy and its so hard to look at it and not eat it.
