        I have a job where most of the day is sitting and i have very odd work hours. Whats some good healthy snacks and some exercises I can do around my schedule to get me down to a healthy BMI. Right now I’m around 5’7″ 210lbs BMI about 32. I really need to get down to a healthy weight.

          so for three weeks now i have eaten three healthy meals a day with a small snack in between lunch and dinner. also i do an intense 30 min workout on the elliptical burning 400 calories. after that i do a moderate workout on the elliptical for a few hours just to burn more. my starting height and weight was 5’3, 125 lbs and so far ive lost 9 pounds. is it realistic if i keep doing this i will get to 100 lbs?
