i drink about 8-10 water bottles every single dayno liei dont drink soda or juice anymoreive been drinking only water for weeks and weeksi do 20 sit ups every daybut the problem is when im bored i eat alotim not fat i just need to lose my med. stomach and my cute lil moobs. i have a a machine the one that u walk and ur legs go back and front. . lol im 14 years old X]i eat grapes/bananas and an apple a dayshould i eat more often but in smaller portions?but everyday im just sitting home because im waitin for my acne to heal. . .

I am looking for a good workout routine that combines cardio/strength training and a healthy diet that I can stick to for a healthy lifestyle but I don’t know where to start. can anyone help me create a fitness plan, nutrition plan or any good websites for free that can help me do this for me. I would like this fitness plan to be something I can do at home without going to the gym or buying expensive equipment. Any good information anyone has will be greatly appreciated thanks.

Sorry for posting this 3 times, both of my questions ONLY got internet scams as answers. I need somone to create me a diet and fitness plan, I want a killer flat stomach, abs, and I want to get rid of the fat on my legs. I’m not obese or fat by any means, but I really need to get rid of fat and gain muscle. I don’t want internet scams, diet pills, professional diets, or any easy way out. I want a plain and simple diet and fitness plan! I’m 5 foot and 100 pounds, even though that seems okay, I just really need to lose fat and gain muscle. . .
