I exercise regularly 4x/day with combination of aerobic & anaerobic exercises. I don’t drink sodas/sugary beverages. I try my best to stay away from salty foods & my best to eat healthy. I’m not fat or skinny, just a bit muscular w/ lil fat deposits in those common areas. My main problem right now is I’ve been feeling very bloated lately, esp. around the tummy area. I try to drink lots of water/tea whenever I feel bloated. But it doesn’t really do anything except making me visiting the restroom more than I’d want to =(. Is there any other ways to get rid of a bloated belly FAST beside drinking lots of fluids & taking OTC diuretic pills? What are some SPECIFIC foods to AVOID? Please don’t just say the general terms such as carb, salty, or sugary foods. I need carb since it’s the only source of energy for the brain. I like fruits & they contain natural sugar. I’d appreciate if y’all can help me out. I’m sure this is a common problem that most women go through. Thanks.
