Hi. I’m a 19 year old female. I am 5’2 and 160 lbs. I haven’t worked out since I graduated high school 2 years ago. I talked to my Marine Recruiter today and I’ve got to lose 20 pounds to be able to enlist. I don’t know how I should eat or how I should exercise. Does anyone have any tips that could help? I need to burn fat, gain muscle and have energy.

In this programme, medical journalist Michael Mosley investigates the latest scientific breakthroughs in slimming, uncovering ten of the simplest ways you can shed those pounds. From the slimming secrets of soup to our brains response after skipping meals, what he discovers may completely change the way you think about diets, health and losing weight.

This is the real way to lose weight, and it’s going to take sweat and tears and self-control and behavior modification. Join me!
