I am 16 and have worked very hard these days to gain muscle and fat in bulk. I usually drink the right drink whey protein before lifting, but I heard that protein intake makes you gain more weight (fat) so that people trying to lose weight should use creatine. I also heard creatine is bad for your heart. At first I wondered if these things were true about supplements. Secondly, I was wondering what is best to take for fat loss.
