I wanted to know If anyone here, especially people who work in the field of medicine.?

I know there are many “natural supplement products”, out there. I probably don’t have the cash to pay for the very best!, But whatever I can buy, I want it to be safe, with no significant side-effects!, In treating depression, anxiety & premature ejaculation, including sexual stamina, desire etc. Please be truthful, honest and give your profesional advice. If your in the medical field, And are a licensed doctor or MD, that’s a plus! I wouldn’t mind a psychiatrist, or in the field of nutrition perhaps too! And or alternative medicine, open minded, knowledgable. . .
