    I tried the diet for over a year now and its getting to the point where its leading me to depression, and I did everything as I die of hunger, “Detox” dieting. . . accept any diet healthy weight loss because I wanted to lose a lot of weight right away (bad idea, yes I know) and long term, I ended up putting on a stone and a half of extra weight I started with a year he yaMais now I finally got my head round the fact that the only way I’ll lose weight is to eat healthy, balanced diet, exercise and patience. . . even though I tried to lose weight over a year since I made a lot of research done on diet and learn much about him and how. . . somehow, even though I never listened to advice me until now. . . I finally find the perfect diet balance that suits me !!!!. . . and all food is something I love and is healthy which I think is the key to eating well and I stuck to it for about 10 days now (which is amazing for me!) and I lost five pounds (which is even more amazing to me !!!!) That’s what my diet is as follows: Breakfast (for all 3 days) – Cheerios with skim milk-Good you jam and butter for extra light on whole wheat toast 2 – Oatmeal with raspberries made with skim milk-All with a glass of orange juice and food supplements and to vitaminesGrâce the snacks a day (every 3 hours) – Apple-Banana Yogurt-Form-pack of Walkers sour cream and onion cooked (low cal and low fat) Meal (changes daily) Mon + Thurs – a colin piece of fish, boiled rice and poisMar. + Ve – Box of 5 lentil soup and crackerbreadMer – beans on toast extra light full beurresam. Chip – 2 fish cakes, good for you, peas and a small amount of ketchupSun – Good for you cooked frozen meals dînerDans the evening installment – Options hot chocolate (Cal least one) and good for you I BakewellEt drink lots of water all have an opportunity journéeEt Cup of tea with skim milk and beat cravings I édulcorantsEt chewing sugarless gum if nécessaireTous “good for you” things that I mentioned are low in calories and it usually averages grassesTout from 1100 calories – 1300 calories a day (Which is a hell of a lot more than I used to try to diet, and I never feel hungry and I have energy that is a first) Year-Nor I make a video of Kathy Smith’s ultimate workout (lots of good toning and stretching techniques more cardio) or I do about an hour on the elliptical ( In both love and IM already seeing small results) I do not exercise at least 5-7 days per semainePensez you think this is a good diet and exercise for me to keep losing weight I tried to lose more than a year, and to get healthy, happy and good ?????
