My diet consists of 4 small meals a day. Veggies, seaweed, fish, chicken, turkey. I drink plenty of water. I am currently exercising by Jogging for 30 minutes. aerobics for 30 minutes. (15 minutes in the morning and 15 in the evening)Using a stair stepper in the mornings. What are the best ways to break this? I have lost 30 lbs so far and am at 150!I don’t have ANY exercise Equipment other than my mini stair stepper. Any exercises that are suggested need to just involve. . . ME. I would LOVE to know some great aerobic workouts. What a horrible answer Joe! LOL! I know you have to exercise and all the good stuff. I have sort of lost my motivation. I just feel like, what the hell now. . . . But I HATE coconut flakes! Any other suggestions than coconut flakes? What about the fat in fish?
