I need to lose 100+ pounds, and I know its going to take a while to accomplish this, but I was wondering how effective would the Wii Sports Fitness program be? Also, what is a good regiment to do on this system?Also, what SPECIFICALLY do I need to eat to help in my weight lose? I’m so tired of people just saying to diet, but that is really a broad term. I need to know WHAT to eat and WHAT to stay away from exactly.
I just stopped paxil after weaning off the drug for 3 months. Is there a better way to detox, that would make sure the drug was no longer present in my bodyI am doing this becuase I want to try “Panicyl”, or maybe even”Clarocet NRI”. Afrter I take a break from paxil. The only other prescription meds I’m left taking is “Carbatrol SR”, or Extended Release, 700 mg a day. And Clonazepam 0. 5 mg three times a day. But I am pretty sure there aren’t any significant side-effects!What detox should I try, only If i will benefit from this. I will continue with my cardio-aerobic workouts 3 times a week, during 40 min. because I know sweat is important in releasing toxins from the body, I just need to stay focused on the exercise!Oh yeah! I didn’t mention my psychiatrist, It’s government run. So I don’t have I private doctor, which usually gives excellent advice & care. It’s because I receive disability benefit and you don’t get the very best. So this Dr. who sees 1000 patients a month, wud never obey my concerns. He’s old fashioned & hard headed. That’s why I am doing this regardless of what any negative person thinks!,. . I am ready.
I’m slightly disabled on feet, running is near impossible , but I walk two hours every day at a fast pace, and want something else to do. To be more specific about disability, my toe has an injury similar to a break, and it’s my big toe so I can’t run, but I can walk if I tilt my foot. So I do that, 2hours , everyday, but what other exercise can I do that is really good for weight loss!?
