What the heck? Counting calories religiously?
Author: victerand exercising 30 minutes of aerobic a day with some light strength training and stretching and I’ve GAINED two pounds. My calorie count should put me on track for 2 pounds per week – aggressive but safe. I am being religious – no sneaking. What?? I’m 46. Is this weight gain inevitable despite my best efforts? I am so miserable at this weight! Agh!Folks – I began this program 2 weeks ago, so I’ve not plateau-ed. I’ve not even started. Groan. Diet is good mix of less than 30% fat, proteins and carbs.
