This has happened to me last year around fall time and it lasted for quite a while, and now it’s appearing again (about a week ago). When I try to breathe in deeply, it’s as if something is blocking it and I can only breathe very shallow breaths. I feel as if I’m about to choke/out of air since my lungs won’t fill up, and maybe once in every ten tries I can breathe properly for once (which is a relief) and then it goes back to ‘normal’. It’s a very uncomfortable feeling, and I feel very smothered. I am under not even a bit of stress (it’s vacation) and I don’t smoke. Why do you think this is, and how can I solve it? *10 points for best answer*I thought it was anxiety (thinking about it, etc. ) but it isn’t for sure.
