I need to know what types of food are best for someone like me who. I have a temporarily sedentary lifestyle and I need to lose stomach fat to get my lower abs back. I can not afford to waste time in the gym during school so please don’t tell me to do aerobic exercises. over the summer i had a nice six pack. But when school started, I stopped exercising and began putting on fat (not weight. . . I’m still 175lbs). as of now my diet roughly consists of:-home made bread (40%)-nonfat dry milk (10%)-oats (15%)-greens (20%)-peanut butter (10%)-eggs/chicken (2. 5%)-whey protien (2. 5%)In one day I probably get about 3500-4000 calories and my day is almost 100% sedentary (school work at my desk–4. 0GPA). Once school ends i will hit the gym again and resume my normal diet but for now i need a strategy for losing fat (or simply just not putting anymore on) while doing absolutely nothing in the way of exercise.
