TI, whose real name is Clifford Harris, Jr. , had been on probation after serving 10 months in prison on weapons charges. Before the judge’s ruling, the Grammy winner had pleaded for mercy, telling the court that he needs help for drug addiction. The sentence caps an emotional week for the 30-year-old Harris, who talked a suicidal man off the ledge of an Atlanta skyscraper Wednesday. “I told him it ain’t that bad. It’ll get better, to put the time and effort into making it better,” TI said told the AP Wednesday. “I just reminded him know that I know. It looks bad right now, but it can turn around. ” The rapper and record producer documented his drug addictions and legal problems on the MTV reality series, TI’s Road to Redemption.

          Right now i am the starting center on my varsity basketball team, however i am not in the condition that i would like to be at. Not as far as my strength and physical shape but in respect to my aerobic, running shape and that i get winded after only about 4-6 minutes in the game. I have a few schools interested in me but my coaches say that my inability to stay in the game for very long is the main reason why i have not attracted even more interest. If anyone can give me any suggestions or advice it will be greatly appreciated. I need to get into the best shape i can as soon as possible since the season is obviously already underway. Also, please give your opinion on this routine that i was thinking about to get back into shape. All of these would take place either during my one hour study hall or if they would take a little longer i would come before school.
