I’d like to tone and get lean muscle in these areas – I’m a girl so no huge muscle arms or obvious six-pack required. And PLEASE, do not post links to quick-fix diets or anything like that. It bothers me how many replies on the Diet/Fitness board are just advertising – it’s like manipulating people’s self-perception when all they’re doing is asking for advice.
I have a huge upper body! I have been on a weight loss journey this past year and have (healthily) lost 20kgs and fitter than i have ever been yet my upper body mainly my arms are still huge and flabby. I do pump classes and run as well as yoga each three times a week. every other part of my body is rather toned-except the arms!! what could i be doing wrong and what can i do differently? what excices focus on the upper body?
