I’m thinking about buying some supplements in hope of losing the fat weight and replacing with the lean. Also wanting to suppress my appetite so I don’t crave eating so much of the bad carbs and junk. . . Any suggestions?

      I have been a relationship 1. 5 years back, which officially broke up because he had to marry a gal of his mothers choice. It was a long relationship of 6yrs. It broke me to the core and I could not do anything for 3 months after all this happened. I everyday decide that I will not speak to him from now on. but when I sit alone, I start missing him and give him a call. Talking does not help, because we land up talking about things like his wife etc which hurts to the core again, although he always says that he has never loved his wife, never touched her and never given my place until date and he still loves me, all these words gave me a relief, but I cant resist crying for an hour after talking to him. So I thought avoiding calling him would be the best option for which I try my best but fail sometime. For me he came also to my city for a month to stay and make me feel better. but being with him now does not give that much happiness but stress. Finally I got fed up of this life, in search of some peace and happiness, I thought I will go and meet him, convince him to stay with me forever, leave his wife. Atleast we will be happy as we were before. WAll- I appreciate spending time to read it and answers, Your answers have helped. Thanks!!

          I’m not very overweight — only slightly, however I have what I consider to be pudgy legs and would like to lose weight in them mainly. I do have a pretty curvy figure with large bust, hips and thighs and I’m okay with that but I’d really like to lose some of the leg weight!I’d like to know what exercise/diet is best for losing leg weight. I understand that eating certain foods in particular cannot make you lose weight in specific parts of your body, I’m just looking for good suggestions on how to take care of my problem. Also, when making suggestions please keep in mind I have a disability called fibromyalgia. Because of this I can do SOME exercise but not much and nothing too rigorous. For instance, I may be able to job in place (on Wii fit) or SLOWLY jog outside for a bit but I cannot run or do activities that are too aerobic for a long period of time. (Part of me thinks this is why I have pudgy legs because my aerobic activity needs to be limited and if I do too much I become bedridden for a day or two. )Any POLITE advice is helpful, thank you!
