		<description>Yeah if you go ahead and file and he&#039;s no where to be found the judge will grant you a divorce and he could possibly grant it on grounds of abandonment. My dad divorced his 2nd wife and didn&#039;t know where the hell she was. lol.</description>

		<description>File it in abstentia and explain you cannot locate him. They should have forms for this. Good luck. You may be asked his family information for them to try and locate him and it will probably take longer than a normal divorce.</description>

		<description>Check with a lawyer in your state. In my state you do not have to know where the other person is or get their permission, so to speak. Either one can file and once granted you are no longer married.
