        I’d like to tone and get lean muscle in these areas – I’m a girl so no huge muscle arms or obvious six-pack required. :) And PLEASE, do not post links to quick-fix diets or anything like that. It bothers me how many replies on the Diet/Fitness board are just advertising – it’s like manipulating people’s self-perception when all they’re doing is asking for advice.
