Im 22 year old woman and these are a some of the things i want to know*how big my meals should be*how much carbs i should eat a day*how much sugar etc i should eat a day*how much exercise i need a day I dont want to know about any crazy diets only well balanced healthy eating. Also would like to find out the same stuff for a 3 year old girl
