300 Spartan Warrior Workout To Blast Away Fat (No Weights Or Equipment Required)

Directions: Complete all reps of one exercise, then move immediately to the next. May take breaks when needed, but the goal is to finish the entire 300 reps in shortest amount of time possible. “The 300 workout gets its name from the total number of repetitions that must be completed during the session. Contrary to popular belief, this workout was NOT performed every single day, or even weekly, for that matter. This is more of a challenge workout that is used sparingly to monitor progress and gauge your overall fitness level. This body weight 300 challenge workout will provide the same benefits as the original movie 300 workout, but may be easier for most of you who want to workout at home without any equipment. I want you to try one of these workouts this week and leave your time in the comments section below. ” It’s a killer bodyweight workout that will help you shed fat and to get ripped like the Spartans in the movie 300. The great thing about this workout is that it requires NO weights or exercise equipment. You can easily do this workout at home. When you do this workout make sure you start a timer so you can keep track of all your progress. I’ve tried this workout before and it is definitely one to where you will be sore the next day. It’s a great workout to lose fat and gain muscle – not to mention to help burn fat and develop a six pack. Try this one out and let me know what you think. 14. I’m no expert on the Spartans, but I’m pretty sure they ate a lot less than we do today. So while they certainly did wear heavy armor (every hoplite had three people just to carry his armor when they marched… too bad they left those out of the movie) and moved in slow formations I would guess they didn’t look much like what we imagine a ‘big’ fighter today.

    15. @BattleMagic glad someone knows their history lol

    16. @17darsh
      Ahahahahahahahahaha

    17. “Also the Spartans were not bodybuilders, they were very lean warriors that needed to be quick and agile in battle”

Not true. They wore heavy bronze armour and moved in slow phalanxes; they were massive hulking hairy bastards with huge beards and combed hair below their waists.. Not bodybuilders, but definitely not “lean” like the guys in the film. A lack of agility was what actually doomed the hoplite phalanx

      Cool video though

    18. @leanbodylifestyle Just ignore those negative comments. I’m sure plenty of them are just sour grapes, a bunch of fatasses too lazy to make a change in their lives by detracting people like you. I on the other hand, am not exactly Mr. Washboard Abs myself. I’m looking to shed 20kg (about 44 lbs) or take my body fat percentage down to a single digit, and I think you have a great workout routine going on here.

    19. lol a little insecurity having to prove your ripped “look at my shirtless workout”

    24. How many times per week should we be doing this workout?

    25. @leanbodylifestyle ay man thnx for this vid im weight lifting but i kinda want that lean muscle instead that bulky muscle
anyway the one leg extension is kinda hard to see how u do them, do you move each leg towards the side or an upward motion?
