my daughter wants to do that because she complained of bone pain but I still repo? its only good to take these extra? ments if your m? doctor of their perscribed, or if you? your Oldest? age. Everyone knows the risks or benefits of taking daily?

You really only need supplements if you are not getting enough from your diets. It is important not to take too much non-water-soluble supplements such as calcium because it doesn’t get flushed out from your body when taken in access; too much can result in diseases such as bladder stones and build ups.
I would suggest just letting her take a multi-vitamin daily. Her bone pain may be a sign of something else. You guys should go see a doctor before self diagnosing and try to treat this condition yourself.
