  2. You need all over aerobic exercise. Spot reduction only happens with lipo. As you lose weight your body redistibutes it so gains sometimes seem small but keep it going and you will see the results.

  3. For burning fat, something that gets your heart rate pumping, like dance or aerobics. Pilates and yoga are both wonderful toning exercises, but even if you’ve got toned muscles, if you’ve still got a layer of fat over them it won’t matter much.

    Just balance them all out. Don’t pick one DVD, pick 10. If youtry to do the same 2 or 3 exercises all the time, you’ll get bored and fall off the bandwagon. Pick out a bunch of things, try hip hop, bellydancing, kickboxing…try em all out. You can rent them on Netflix and figure out which ones you like before you buy them.
