How can I have more energy without eating foods that taste bad, expensive supplements, or nasty drinks?
Other suggestions? I’m still in that “blah” from the state.

here are some healthy foods that taste great:
fruit smoothies
100% fruit juice
honey (honey is actually very healthy)
avocados
If you eat a balanced diet and get enough sleep you shouldn’t need additional supplements for energy. Energy drinks and the like are definitely not part of a normal lifestyle. I find that people who take drugs like speed or additional energy supplements actually get less done than people who work a normal routine.
The misconception that you should always be on a short fuse is wrong. Highs and lows are not beneficial to your health.
However, maybe you lack motivation or are depressed for some reason. If you feel you need help, seek help from a professional.
