Is dietary supplements bad for your body?

Only Women plaîtJe If you’ve heard several people I want to know if it is true, even if there is another way to lose weight? I know that exercise and eating well are options. What type of foods that are ok for me to eat so I can lose weight? I’m on a liquid diet, because if I eat something and I take the weight back is there anything out there that is healthy?
