  1. Soooooo?? I’m gearing up to quit and am thinking about doing a daily video journal like this – both to help others and give them an idea of what to expect, and to encourage myself to continue on………but what has happened with your story?? Even if you started again, I think its important to tell what has happened.

  2. Very insightful indemnis4, very.

  3. So its true then. He really did lose his concentration. I thought he was exagerrating in his earlier videos. Poor guy. Mind you, thats a good reason/excuse/opportunity for a relapse.

  4. He was hit by a car walking across the street to his gym the next day. Oh the irony.

  5. Hey man, I might b wrong, but I cant find any videos after day 21. Does that mean you relapsed? If you did then sorry to hear that. Can only say that next time you will be stronger. Its how it goes.

  6. WOW I totaly coun’t make it like you well for that long at all not even half.

My friend tells me his body is a temple and I alwas say no it’s a them park and smoking is just another ride,

  7. you didnt make it?

  8. goodluck on this quest. I saw the exposition “Bodies” with all real bodies cut open and stuff. And I can say that’s amazing that ppl can survive while smoking.. because the longs are black. Just black and it doesn’t look good.

Not something you want. So goodluck on getting it out of your system.

  9. One month in. Your biggest demon will be yourself. Ths points greatest danger is an over inflated view of how you are going. AVOID alcahol and the sorts of people and places that are a serious temptation. I fell off the one month podium alot! Your doing great!
