  1. What you say about being black and white on a diet, I’ve found that’s true for most people.

  2. You are hot. Yep.

  3. Another reason to avoid the Vegan Diet is EFA deficiency, primarily DHA/EPA. Plant based Omega3 efa, known as Alpha Linolenic acid has to be converted for your body to use as DHA/EPA, this conversion rate in humans is very low, usually at a rate of 1-4%. Jesus, the saviour of the world ate fish, it should be ok for everyone else.

  4. OK, i love how you say… Fabulous, FABulous Day lol.

  5. Better that you ate cooked foods and kicked the smoking than kept smoking (in my humble opinion) :0)

  6. What’s with the camera- I don’t et how it’s moving with her…

  7. I know what you mean about meant not even being in your sphere.. been vegetarian for a long time

  8. Can’t wait for cooked food to become ‘foreign’ to me. 100% raw for 33 days now and all of a sudden I’m thinking bad thoughts about the food at an upcoming Christmas party. All the delicious desserts, and other food- I’m freaking out right now worried I’m going to eat something cooked and I really don’t want to. But at the same time I kind of want to eat something to see the effect and give myself a ‘break,’ But then I think about the consequences..

I can do this! I will NOT give in.

  9. You eat mostly raw/ totally raw food. Raw sprouted grains and beans, nuts, seeds, vegetables and fruits :-) No meats, starches etc..

  10. @hopesolofan18 :Hey,thanks for the respond. Really appreciate it, I guess it’s really important to just stick to raw and then it gets easier.Cheers!

  11. uhm well at first i also ate some cooked rice and quinoa to help me transition and i did that for about a month and i had bad cravings. then i went raw the second month and still had some cravings every once and a while but i stuck to it and stayed raw. now i almost never ever get like those strong cravings and when i do its of healthy foods =)

  12. @hopesolofan18 : Hi! Just wondering how long did it take for you to get over ‘cooked foods’ ?

  13. I’m exactly like you either I’m 100% raw or I’m not and I’ll fall off the wagon. That being said I’m still on my journey, I wanna get to your level. It’s funny I’ll go though periods of finding cooked foods replusive and then overeating on them. I find it much easier just to eat ONLY raw for me it works. At the moment I have fallen and it will take time to go back to 100%.

  14. neat! Could you tell us the name of those studies so i can weigh my diet options? It would be really great to have research to back me on my cooked meals so i can be more confident in balance =)

  15. @hellomynameisnameful it basically means that you arent allowed to eat any cooked food, only raw. it’s a diet because it’s a certain way to nourish yourself and people who do that think, that rawe food has more pure energy. but you should ask the experts ;)

  16. your like the american gillian mckeith I swear lol

  20. oh i think i was craving… this video :) THanks for sharing your story natasha ^^

  21. new studies from sweden and norway (same institute that recently have had great success on HIV-virus) clearly shows (on immunology level) that eating a combination of both cooked and raw vegetables, seems most beneficial.

  22. natasha smoking?I heard it all, this world is comin to an end.But it makes all sense now why ur such a health freak (which we luv of coarse. But i guess consistinsy is based on subsitution.Cuz im not consistint at all.I quess i should start an addiction then subsitute it wit sumthin healthy.Anyways i only comment cuz i luv natasha.
