After cardio (aerobic) exercise, should fast carbs or slow carbs be consumed?

I have read repeatedly that the rapidly digested carbohydrates are the best after lifting poids.Cependant I read conflicting information about who is the best after cardio, carbohydrates or carbohydrate fast.
