Okey this is my tips (Did work for me!) 1. the last ciggarettes you have, break all of them and drop the tobaco in the sink. 2. fill the sink with water. 3. stay inside, take a bath and allways stay active and do stuff (Sleep on night ofcourse) for three days and you have a change. Good luck!
