Stress Relief: can not tolerate it anymore!!!?

ok I added and I have been tolerant with bullies kick being jostled around and treated like garbage. I want to tell someone about it but I cannot so ill as a storyteller gossip and scales. This is something I can do to help me not to be sooo stressed out? because every time this happens, I want to hit him / her / it more and shepherd! but little trouble. I do not want to do. PLEASE HELP ME> I do not want to do something that I THANK YOU REGRET>> Best ANSWER gets 10 points and 5 stars !!!!!

  1. Please talk to a close friend or relative.Treat your self by going out and have fun.you will meet person that are nice.

  2. One thing that works well is to try to work off your stress by doing something you enjoy. If you’re into sports or athletics, go play basketball or take a run. If you enjoy art, do some painting or drawing. If you play an instrument, go play it for a while. Sometimes it’s even good to just take a walk and listen to good music on your iPod. I know you can’t always do that when you’re in the middle of a stressful situation, but it’s easier to count to ten, take a deep breath, and walk away, and then work out your stress later by putting it to useful and fun means. Walking away can be tough at times, but it’s a lot better than getting in big trouble for beating someone up. Good luck!

  3. If people are bullying you in school, then talk to the principal. You have a right to be left alone if you want, and you aren’t a snitch by telling someone if people are mistreating you, especially if they’re violent. (versus telling about, say, who took the teacher’s purse, or whatever). You’re just protecting yourself in a non-violent way. Tell the principal how you feel and how you have the urge to hit back. That way, if you are finally forced to do hit someone the principal will know what happened when the REAL snitch tells him or her what you did.

    The best way to get rid of stress is to get physical: run, swim, dance, play a sport. Physical exercise causes good reactions in your body that will cool you out and help with your ADD too.

    It’s terrible to have to deal with bullies. Looking back on my experience, the bullies were losers. They weren’t very smart but they were big and used their size to get self-esteem in the only way they could. In twenty years, they’ll still be losers but you, hopefully, will be a winner.
