Log smoking quit day one. . . . . Warning!

Quiting smoking during the Thanksgiving long weekend. I added 2 extra days for the week 3 end of the day to give me five days of detox and begin recovery. Encouragement will be highly appreciated. I know I’m new to YouTube, but I’m really harmless, so do not be afraid and to comment or video response! Looking forward to success in the fight against this demon of evil!

  10. Every time I’ve started smoking again, it was a stressful situation that I used as an excuse to light up.

  11. Yeah, that was the first video of yours that I saw. I get the stress aspect, I guess I wanted to know what you were thinking.

    Thanks.

  12. Ah, I see. If you watch my Rebuff to Phaedress, I explain it in that video.

  13. I guess I am curious as to how you started again after being quit twice for such a long time.

What were you thinking? “I can quit again?” “It’s only one?”

I am curious because I am afraid I will justify starting again.

  14. Are you asking me how I started smoking?

  15. How did you start again? I am quit for a little over 2 years now. I know I will never have it beat, but I am also an addictive person.

I don’t say this as an excuse, I am an alcoholic/addict in recovery and now I am HUGE from replacing the cigarettes w/ food addiction.

  16. thunk! great word! (btw..my addiction to your vids is a good addiction!)

  17. I was so shit faced here. I needed to do this on that day. I would have smoked otherwise. I tried EVERYTHING before. Nothing worked. This time. Cold turkey and YouTube. I was so scared. Who would’ve thunk it?
