Stress can be defined as the external forces of the outside world affect the individual. However, stress is a normal part of life that can help us develop and grow as people. On the other hand, stress can cause us significant problems.

Stress releases powerful neurochemicals and hormones these prepare us for action. The common reason for stress is to fight or flee. If we do not, the response to stress can cause health problems. Prolonged, uninterrupted, unexpected, and unmanageable stresses are the most damaging types of stress.

Day after day we are faced with stressful situations. They meet us at every corner of our lives. We can face to face and stress in the lower valleys of life and on the summits where we experience the true joys of life. The good and bad both come with their own models of stress.

Meeting groups of people may be particularly problematic. Everyone, regardless of how they can be experienced, feel a degree of stress facing a group situation.

Keep in mind that if you feel under stress, then everyone in the group feels in much the same way. However, if you have been called to lead this group, then that stress will be greater. You will be concerned with how others perceive you as to whether or not you will be accepted and you will be thinking about the task facing the group as well. Never lose sight of the big picture, the reason for the existence of the group.

The group will operate and perform their job much better if they feel comfortable with the group. Group dynamics can be influenced by the degree of interaction between group members. If you are the leader, then it is your responsibility to obtain the group stage.

You will find the task much easier and less stressful if you’re well prepared. One way you can prepare is to have a bank of gaming fun for the two groups in hand, or at least have an idea of how these games for stress relief groups.

A summary of events Wednesday, July 14, Day 85 of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill that began with the April 20 explosion and fire on the drilling rig Deepwater Horizon, owned by Transocean Ltd. and leased by BP PLC, which is in charge of cleanup and containment. The blast killed 11 workers. Since then, oil has been pouring into the Gulf from a blown-out undersea well.
