I’m 300 pounds and it is so difficult to lose weight is there a weight loss program is not so difficult to follow. I really need to lose weight please help out.

I would suggest you try to tread water for a long period of time for at least an hour.You can go at a pace you like and see how long you can go without stopping. That will build up your muscle as well as shed of a ton of fat. Just remember that it is better to swim for long periods of time rather than swimming like crazy and then resting after one little lap. Also, remember that anyone can tread no matter if your Michael Phelps or an inexperienced swimmer. Try this and you won’t believe how good of an exercise this is for you. Good luck.
