What if I decide to change my target weight loss per week?
Right now, I can lose 2 pounds per week because I have all this free time. In two weeks, though, I’d start working. I’m not sure how much weight I can lose given the lack of time but I’ll make the effort.
If I make it a point to lose 1 to 1.5 pounds per week after I start working, will I regain the pounds I lost during the previous weeks when my weekly weight loss target was 2 pounds?

As long as you’re eating fewer calories than you’re burning, then you’ll keep losing weight, even if it’s at a slower rate. The whole reason anybody loses weight is because they’re burning more energy than they’re consuming.
