Anyone care to share best Stress relief breathing tehnique ?

I have been experiencing stress all these days. All my knowledge and logic failing to deal with it. I heard breathing techniques are effective but so many methods and confused to follow anyone. Just wanted to know anyone had gone the same and got relief and also any mentor that can be of help ? thanks for your time !

    These aren’t breathing techniques but I would liek to share with you how I deal with stress. I dont know if you are a female or a male.. but if you are a female, this may help. I take hot baths and just lay there in the water. The heat relaxes my body and calms my emotions down. Also, I take time out for myself to relieve my stress. For example, I have a little foot bath massage thing.. so I soak my feel and clean them and then I paint my toes. Just something as little as that relieves my stress.

    Try downloading meditation audio files. The best technique I know is to listen to them while focusing on the way your breath is. The way it goes in and out, and not paying attention to any other thought that crosses your mind. Meditation and breathing go together and relieve stress quickly. If want more information on it-
